Covenant Acquires FE Solutions to Expand Corporate AVL Integration Services

Strategic move accelerates growth and enhances technical expertise in the corporate environment sector

HOUSTON, TX — February 2, 2026 — Covenant Communications (Covenant), a Houston-based professional audio, video and lighting (AVL) integrator with 25 years of industry experience, has acquired FE Solutions, an audio-video integration firm previously operating under Facilities Electric, LLC.

The acquisition supports Covenant’s growth in the corporate environment sector, expanding its ability to deliver innovative audio, and video solutions to clients nationwide.
